I have been pumping around 2 weeks, my problem is that after my pumping session, both of length and girth don’t change any anything.
I read that after pumping, some people can have the post pumping fatty dick effect. But in my case, they are just the same before and after. The only difference I can notice is that the veins around my dick are more visible. Do you guys have any suggestion?
My pumping session:
Warm up 5mins
Pump 3-5 HG for 5-20 mins ( Today is my first time trying 20mins, before I only did up to 10 mins but giving the same result)
Jelqing 5mins
Repeat 2-3 times
The heating bag I used for warm up is not easy to use while pumping, so I just pump without any heat source.

Probably you are not letting your penis to rest enough. Sounds like you are overtraining, your body needs time to get used to pumping. Rest at least 2 days and try again. You will notice increase in girth first. The length increase comes later.

For those who made gains through pumping, did you pumping with silicone wrapped around the opening of the tube or you just pumped with the tube pressed to your pelvic area. I’m not sure if I asked with the right terms but I believe I will be understood. Looking forward to hearing your responses.

If the tube is correctly sized - not much larger around than your shaft - it should seal okay when pressed to your abdomen. If you have very thick pubic hair it might cause some vacuum leaks, though. Some men shave just where the tube sits, so it only contacts skin.

That is a very large diameter tube unless most of your cock is between 6.75 and 7" girth. I do use a larger tube like that but use a silicone sleeve on my shaft, or pumping full package.

Unless you’re also extremely large already, the big tube will allow uncontrolled expansion to the sides, pulling lymphatic fluid in between the tunica and skin, causing bloat or "doughtnut", which is generally considered undesirable. A tube that is only slightly larger than your erect shaft size lets you concentrated on length work without being limited by bloat.

I am far from large, my erect girth is 5.2in. I wish to grow to 6in in girth. I do have a 2in diameter pump but I fill it up quite quickly so I thought using the 2.25in was better. I do notice the doughnut effect though but what I do now is that I pump 5-10 pressure on 5-7 mins for three sets.
As for the silicone, do you think they make any difference? Thanks.

The silicone gaskets *might* make a difference. The set I bought were so thin they did little to seal around the perimeter of the tube, and the center openings were so small they were painfully tight.
You might try some silicone bathtub caulk or window sealer and build a thick rim on the tube. You need to apply it in very thin layers and let each layer dry completely, or the stuff will never dry underneath. The silicone is sticky, but a wet finger will let you shape it well enough.
A silicone sleeve over your penis will make a difference. You just need to size your girth right. I have a 2.125 tube and my base is 6.75 and I taper up to 5.5 at my head. So I use a sleeve that fits on my upper half that is nice and snug but not restricting blood flow. If your head turn white it is too tight. Buy a variety of sleeves.
