I don’t know it was that much but at least 4cm, I wasn’t one day to another, it was that all the gains I made I can’t show it in the moment I put ice a react with a real erection I couldn’t have in 5 months, don’t missundertand me I spoke before about all my history I lost that 2 inches so I had what is mine that normally I can’t see, I’m unable to have an erection with my real size I only have it once

From personal experience, when I was using my bath mate every other day in addition to my other routines it 100 percent affected my erection quality so I changed my routine to 2 days on with a rest day and now I only use my bath mate 1 day a week for 2 15 minute sessions

Luckily my EQ has only improved since starting PE. II will keep doing what I’m doing, it’s definitely working.

5 Star thread. I should 100% have paid more attention to EQ when I started, and now I’m paying for my mistake. I probably am making it sound a lot more dire than it actually is though, I’m recovering pretty fast

What doses of these supplements do you take?

Besides the usual measurement improvements. I think what I’ve benefited most is the EQ quality. So regardless of size I’m the best at my size I’ve ever been.


Started May 2022 BPEL: Just under and 5 Inches, EG: 4 3/4 inches
