Masturbation question/possible tips?:
Ok, everyone’s done this, my question is serious though: Because jelking is the pulling motion, wouldnt masturbation whether you lubricate or not be detrimental to increasing size?? I mean to say that normally the way people masturbate is going down the shaft, the exact opposite motion of jelking…
So in effect, would you not be compressing your ligaments in the same manner? Right now i’m a medical student, however, i came across this site and was very interested to see how you all have managed to increase penis size more “naturally” as compared to surgery. Surprisingly, this site is the only one i’ve found that people actually talk and discuss their own methods as opposed to trying to sell a product, which definately is a good thing. Anyway, i just wanted to tell you all that Stuff like this does work, however, i’d also like to point out a few things that you all may not have worked on before:
Regular Cardiac Exercise: Improves bloodflow better than anything everyone is doing. Basically, you clean the arteries out of all “clogs” ie blood clots and cholesterol, and you get more bloodflow to the penis than normal.
Hip flexor exercises on a machine most definately would help strengthen the PC muscle, probably more so than kegal exercises because you’re pulling in a heavier weight than your body weight, thus increasing the size of the PC muscle over time with a proper diet.
Removing the fat layer in the lower abdominal layer and doing leg raises would also help (lower abdominal exercises). Basically, i’m trying to say that strengthening the muscles around the penis translates into bigger arteries and veins in that region= more bloodflow to the penis area.
But i’m getting off topic, what do you all think of masturbation then in the same light as PE. IE: a guy who masturbates 1ce a day, for an average of say 30mins to 1 hour, wouldnt they lose size due to the compression of ligaments in the penis area using the same logic as PE?
