My Complete routine...please tell me what u think!
Here it is:
Warming up
10 manual stretches to strech the pesnis a little bit
fixing my hanger so that it doesnt slide but not TOO tight
hanging for 3*20 mins with 3 mins break in between each round (4 pounds)
after that jelqing for 5 mins to get tissues soft, a middle- hard stroke
This TWICE A DAY , 5 times per week.
Do u think its ok?
Any critical pionts what i should do better?
