Tricks And Tips For Manual Stretching

Hey everybody, hope you are all doing good with your PE routines! So I have been doing 2 sets of stretching 40 seconds, in all directions with a decent intensity, nothing crazy but definitely stronger than what this thread recommends for the longer sets Marinera and others talk about. I have been messing around with the progressive stretching technique and have been including fulcrum stretches as well and really like the idea of easing into a longer stretch rather than tugging hard for a short one.

This brings me to my question that I didn’t see raised already in the thread: I am wondering if anybody thinks I should continue with the 2 sets of 40 seconds of stronger pulls and also start incorporating the progressive low intensity long (2-3 min) stretches along side them, or drop the previous model and just do the progressive stretches without my old routine. I see people mostly using one or the other in their posted routines and so I am curious if doing both would ultimately defeat the purpose of the two different modes of stretching.

I appreciate any help and thoughts you all have to offer!

Possible but not truly by the design of the exercise. So I would pass that as an unlikely side effect.

I have gained 0.5 inch with sporadic stretching not more than 10 minutes and I want to add v stretches and a stretches to boost my gains

What about the a stretch? Can someone give some tips?

Are they effective for length?

Help with Fowler?

Basically whenever I do Fowler stretches (for length personally) the stretch makes it so that there is less circulation to my balls and by the end of my session they are a little cold to the touch. I feel like there’s no way this can be healthy for long periods of stretching. Anyone have any advice or personal experience with this? Maybe I’m just doing the stretch wrong..

I have the same problems. After I stretch for 25-30 sec my penis still stays flaccid but it starts to awaken and after that I wait a while to let it subside before I stretch again. Can somebody please try to explain how to deal with this ?

As far as I’m concerned if it’s soft enough to do a ‘helicopter’ it’s soft enough to stretch. A little bit of ‘fluffing’ isn’t going to affect the stretch.

If you start your stretching session with a little hard flaccid try to do first the downward fulcrum stretch known as A stretch. For me that works, it kills my erection.

I suppose that this happens because of the high force that push the blood away.

In terms of combining manual sessions with extenders, I was uncertain if the “stress relaxation” with a slider is better.

Can you use the x4 labs without springs and turn it into a “slider extender” so to speak.

Or is that impossible?

I thought that it does not work.

Hey guys i actually have my routine and i plan to do it on 2on/1off day but since i have a lot of time this week i was wondering if it’s okay to do light long stretches for example SD/SO/SU and hold it for 5 min in each direction ? Or given the fact that i have free time i can just do my normal routine today ?

Long duration stretches with modetare force should be your stretching goal. The long holds are more effective than 30 sec stretches.
