Extender High Tension and Gains

Hey guys,

I’m sitting at ~200 hours using my x4 extender at 3600g-4200g. In these 200 hours I have gained, maybe, 1/16th of an inch bpfsl and I cannot say for sure if I have gained any erect length as my eq is back where it was when I was hanging. That leads me to believe I’m using too much tension, but I am not sure.

Have any of you veteran extenders used high tension for extended periods of time and made gains?


Start : 7 BPEL, 4.8 mseg

Now : 8 BPEL, 5.43 mseg, 8.375 BPFSL

Like you I always run at high tensions. Have yet to experiment with extended periods at low tension.

In my first 912 hours I gained 0.50”. So like you, I tracked at about 0.0005” per hour.

I now have another 547 hours under my belt and I am not sure I have gained much in that time. I’m going to work on getting back into the extender more religiously and will most likely run another 500 hours at high tension and with constant heat as I have been doing.

I’m sure I will trial lower tensions at some point, just not there yet. This is somewhat backwards as best practice might be to go with lower tensions until gains stop and then gradually increase. I have always personally sucked with rules, lol.

I guess I’m on track then. I’d be pretty happy to see those gains after 100 hours.

Have you noticed your base girth has gone up while using high tension?

Unfortunately I don’t track base girth, which is not good on my part. I do a lot of other types of PE also, so this can muddy the water when trying to determine to what extent each exercise is contributing to growth.

I vary my tension based on PIs. If my dick will let me, I crank it out hard. If it doesn’t seem cooperative, I try to put in the same amount of time with less tension.

There seems to be a pattern where I don’t make any gains and can’t extend as much for a while and then all of a sudden, I’m able to pull out longer and with higher tension. And each time that happens my new “norm” for extended length under a given tension is a bit longer.

Indeed.

I grew around 0.001inch in 200hours. I do 10 hour per day and never use tension right above tje second line of the spring rod (proextender) or whatever you call it. It’s not that much tension yet results are great. every 20 days aprox I am 0,5cm longer.

But since you have been using too much tension I wonder if you take some two weeks off, maybe three, then start back again with lower tension 10 hours a day or at the least 8 hours, then your growth speed should climax. Not to mention growth span. I have grown already 6cm and now I have to stop for a while but will continue in the future.

When I gained extending I didn’t get in with high tension. It was impossible. I put in my time running around 1000 grams. My springs back then were stronger than the industry standard but nothing compared to nowadays. I had 2100 gram springs. The other sets had 1800 and 1500 grams commonly. We extender guys gained just fine without maxing springs out but the market demanded more so now springs start at 3000 grams.

Just throwing it back to the days of old lol. Take from that what you will.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

That’s good to hear being able to gain without maximizing the springs. My extender has 4200 gram springs and I can’t get much the second line without running out of adjustment and it sliding off. So I just take it past the second line and leave it. I able to wear it 1 to 2 hours at a time. Let the blood fill back in and wrap for 1/2 hour and repeat 8 times.

I recently measured base girth and it came in at ~ 6.5-6.75” and it was definitely under 6” when I started I think closer to 5.5”. This is just at the base though. Mid shaft girth seems to only have gained ~ .25” although EQ was only around 80%. This is close to 2.5 years.

As far as stretched length 1/8” every 3 months or so is mostly what I’ve seen after the newbie gains.

The EQ is all over the place unless I take a day and a half off in anticipation of a hook up. It’s weird though sometimes I’ve put in 3 hours and they’ll be an unexpected hook up and things will be slow to start but then sometimes EQ will go through the roof, other times it’s disappointing. So I hear you on that.

I wish I had more time for a slightly lower tension approach, but I don’t.

I think when you get to 1000 hours, things should be clear.

I have found this pattern as well. It seems like there is a period where there is a tug of war and then finally there is a release.

I am wondering myself if I have toughened up my penis too much at this point.

6cm gain is huge, congratz. How long did it?

Yeah, from what I’ve been reading A LOT of veteran extender users actually gained more using lower tension.

Definitely makes sense, I guess using higher tension is very similar to hanging.

I tried lower tension this week and I seemed to stretch a little further afterwards, not 100% sure though. I may use 4200g for an hour or two and lower the tension for the rest of my workout and see where it gets me after some time.
