The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
I actually did something very similar to this with the xleeve. I even have the same weight used in the video. It does work really well I was able to keep the weight on for as long as I wanted to. I need to shave down the weight some because I end up with some pinched skin which does not feel good. With that being said this works very well.

I wish manufactures would make rings following the BJUI Clinical Trial Indications. “Penile Growth Optimal Tension Range”. This way, we would be able to replace the tradicional extender for magnetic rings.

You are probably right on the comfort of the LG weight. Main difference between the different weights is size. LG you can choose the size. The weight he has on the video which I’m assuming he got on Amazon is a 1.34 inch inner diameter and there is no option to up size or downsize. The weight is longer too. Also price. The one in the video is about $40. When I looked a couple months ago LG was out of stock. I may have to place an order now.

I always wonder what sort of material one could get of the highest density, so as to maximize ADS style hanging weight with minimal visible profile. Obviously cost is a factor there…

Yeah, this is hanging just with switched weight position from below the penis to above the penis.
You would have to wear some seriously baggy clothes in order to wear it in public and make it work. And the stretch would be minimal when you sit or lie.

I’d be very interested in that. Personally, I think the WB comes closest to that (it works like a hanger but is as comfortable to wear as an ADS and you can even pee while wearing it) but it’s definitely not a discreet device. Nevertheless, it works wonders from what I’ve heard.

I think this is great. I’ve been using the stealth stretcher, on and off, off lately as I’ve started pumping, and the biggest complaint I had was the attachment to my leg. I was toying with the idea of just hanging a weight using a carabiner from the end, but this system looks good. If they could make it out if lead, sealed with plastic, that would certainly decrease the profile.

Since you refer the BJUI study, can you find it?
None of the manufacturers referring to it never showed any link.

I found another similar, but cheaper way. See the thread ADS Extender Hanger Kits in the same sub-thread. The downside is one has to bring with you an allen wrench in your pocket.
Has anybody else here used that screw device?
It looks interesting, but I’m suspicious of the product quality after looking at their website.
