Looking for advice on sleeve use...

If you know my profile i have been in the game for a while. I has never used a sleeve. I ended up getting one so I can still work and wear something during the day. I have used it for 2 days and have been having issues with my gland turning almost purple and cool to the touch. Once i take the sleeve off its fine and no post routine issues I am unable to wear longer that 2 hrs. I did the size chart correctly before ordering, so it shouldn’t be to tight. Anyone able to post pictures of proper wear/use. I also get a serious ball burn on the bottom of my shaft up against i balls. I was hoping that this sleeve would have stopped some of those issues, like when i wear my penismaster pro.

Assuming you got the phallosan forte?

The sleeve is too tight. I recommend using stealth innerwear. I found it to be comfortable. It’s a little difficult to get on the first few times but you get the hang of it.

What is the stealth inner wear supposed to do? I don’t see how it actually does anything.

It prevents turtling which is what sleeves do…..

Sry. No I get that. But the website says it supposed to help increase size? That is what I don’t get.

It increases the size by forcing the penis to heal while stretched. Supposed to be used in conjunction with PE , there stretcher is the corkscrew which I don’t recommend. I bought one and it’s useless. For me the only thing I found that I can wear all day (because the innerwear I bought is a little to big on girth so don’t use it) is the Sabre skin from stealth with the longer spandex band that stealth sells. I put on the spandex band then the Sabre skin over it then wrap the other half of spandex back over the Sabre skin and it stays put. If you still have problems with the head shrinking and turtling in then you can buy those small glans protectors on eBay and wear that with the Sabre skin.. Just tuck Sabre skin over end of glans cap below glands and it stays. To answer your question they claim to increase flaccid length by making your penis used to being longer when flaccid.

Does it cause you discomfort to have blue/purple cold glans after wearing it for 2 hours?
It shouldn’t, and it’s not something to worry about.

I’m pretty sure we all experience this. When you go out in winter your lips, hands etc may get purple, it’s just due to lack of blood. Just make sure to not overdo it. Take the extender off every 1.5-2hrs and massage the tissue for few minutes.

Ball burn on the other hand is a motherf**ker.
However, my permanent solution is to simply slide 2 pieces of toilet paper between the balls and the extender, works perfectly.

I also use Sabre Skin as a sleeve when I pump.

Hey I am having the same issue with the blue glan and purple. I was using it really good and I rest for 2 days, then I putted again with the same leght and started to have that blue issue. Any recomendations. I mean I have not changed anything in the routine. I need help on this.

Regarding the circumference, can using the sleeve interfere in this aspect?

I’ve been trying to find other ways of stretching all day. My glans is now prone to blistering easily unfortunately.

I have the TotalMan ADS and I LOVE IT. However I have to use newskin (liquid bandage) and tape on my glans to prevent blisters. Which works perfectly. Just don’t put the liquid bandage on your urethra opening 😅.

But if I can wear the corkscrew and stretch without turtling then great. Cause the vacuum bell stretchers cause me to blister. Even with low tension. I may create a thread on my journey soon so everyone can learn and understand the trials and errors with stretching.

Any thoughts? I’m debating buying the corkscrew just to try it along with some other sleeves to prevent turtling.

My issue is I wanna get to 12” haha. So idk how long the corkscrew can stretch.
