Hi, I’m not allowed to post this in the extenders forum so sorry for posting it here. I am having a hard time finding info on the maximum use of extenders. I see some people say they have been extending for years, but I’m also finding info that says that gains stop coming after 6 months or a little longer. Are there any longer term studies out there?

There are medically supervised studies that provided evidence that six months of intensive extending generated meaningful gains. However, outside of the studies, there is a lot of anecdotal evidence that extending for longer periods of time adds additional growth. I gained most of my gains, following a modest regemin, over a four year time frame.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I gained using an extender for 13 months.

There are many here that have extended well beyond the 6 months of the posted studies. Not sure why they haven’t done any longer studies… except I would think if the point of the study was to proof or dis-proof a theory of if PE could/would/does/doesn’t work then there wasn’t any point to go beyond 6 months.

Also when using a noose extender..
How do I know it’s being used effectively, what I mean by that is I seem to feel it more in my glans than in my shaft.

So I have tension behind the glans from the noise but my shaft can be pushed and it’s not stretched to be under tension but pushing the rods out further puts too much pressure behind my glans.


Start: 7" BPEL top measure , 5" MEG, Flaccid:1"

Now: 7.5" BPEL top, 5.5" MEG, Flaccid:5"

Goal: 8" BPEL top, 6" MEG, Flaccid: 6"

I gained right around 1-1/4” while using an extender routine.
I only used the noose/rod system for the first month then switched to the Phallason Forte and some vacuum cap/rod extending (majority of the time was in the PF as I could wear it at work).

No matter how many straps and Velcro supports were added, I never felt like I got a good stretch with a noose system (and the rare time I did, I would slip out once the glans shrunk).

I did use my noose style extender for more than two years, and recorded more than 2400 hours in it. I did however gain 1 and a 1/4 inch length. Then I hit a plateau. I later took a break from this for several years, but now I have been back into extending again, and I am a happy gainer again. So yes, extending for more than 6 months does work.

To Fatpadgains; maybe you have put together an extender that is to long for your penis. When the extender is compressed, your glans should be almost in front of the extender. The ridge behind the glans should be inline where the noose goes down through the front piece, in order to not pulling to much forward «through « the glans, When this is achieved, you can possibly keep the noose not so tight, allowing some blood flow.

How much force/weight do you use for extending? I got a half inch from 500h x 1-1.2kg, but then I stopped because I saw no results or maybe 1/16” from 500th to 600th hour.

I did extend mostly at 1200 and 1500 grams. Don’t give up, time is essential.Think about it. From 600 hours to 2400 hours is 1800 hours difference, and if you are able to gain 1/16 inch per 100 hour, it will be 18/16 in that time.

And then you will have 1/2 inch ( from the first 500 hours), and 1 + 1/8 ( from the 1800 hours) will maybe give you a total gain of 1 + 5/8 inch, and that is not bad at all. Think about it. Time is essential. Good luck.

Yes, time is very important. That probably is the best plan if I want maximum gains. Then I could gain more when I increase weight to 2kg, 3kg and so on if I don’t go above 1.5kg with extending.

I have about 1300 hours over the last year with a SizeGenetics device, along with jelquing and pumping.

I gained around 1” over the entire time and about 1/4” girth. I can’t say what attributed most as I did it all in n conjunction.

I logged ~ 40 hours a week at 1000 grams force in a noose system.

The key to making a noose work for me and not slip, along with being comfortable enough to wear all day was first getting a large base to put my balls through, that got rid of the taint burn.

Secondly, strap in under lighter tension (500g) for 20 minutes of so until you glans get bigger.. Then crank it up to your desired tension.

This worked well for me. Hope it helps!

I use a rod extender underneath and face up. Gives result using in this position? I work sitting down and I can only use the device facing up

1. My extender pulls more tension on the underside of my shaft than on the dorsal side. Is this normal?

2. Secondly, how do I regulate the tension and what is a good tension routine?

I just hold the springs down, strap in and let it go. Is there a better way?

My penis has a twist and curve to it and I feel the stretch disproportionately in different parts of my penis because of it. I believe that to be the reason at least. Maybe this is the case for you as well?

The side with tighter ligaments (left side for me) feels the stretch more. I try to point the extender in the opposite direction of my curve during my extending sessions. To avoid slipping out, I get my penis to about 60%-75% erection level and then strap in. There is more blood trapped in the head so that even when the erection level diminishes, the glans stays engorged enough to stop slipping for me. Sometimes it takes a couple tries to get it just right.

6/1/20: 7.375" BPEL

Goal: 8.5” BPEL

TO: Jesiustroi (sp?)

I bend about 30 degrees to the left (no twist) but I do not feel any difference of tension on the left side, only on the underside.

Also does anyone have any pointers on how to adjust the tension to enhance growth ?
