So I’ve been doing about 3 hours of stretching with my phallosan in the evenings and then ending the evening with about 30 mins of pumping. My question is. Would it be more beneficial to skip pumping and just try to wear the extender longer? Or start with pumping and wear the stretcher till its time for bed? I usually get home from work and can get the stretcher on at about 6pm. And I usually go to bed by 1030 or 11. Just wondering what would be most beneficial for quickest gains.

Brother, this is my opinion:

Pumping in a extender regiment is counterproductive.

Your girth gains early on will limit your potential for length gain.

Moreover, 3 hours per day wearing the extender is really not enough. The boarderline limit should be 6 hours but ideally youd wear it for 8-9 hours per day.
Wear the extender for at least 6mo-1 year and then start a legitimate pumping regimen with an air pump that has a gauge.

I suggest you wear the extender during your commute to work if you cannot wear it at work(or if you cannot do home office) and / or sacrifice an hour of sleep.

Ok. So I’ll nix the pumping part(and i just bought a new one too haha). And I can start wearing the extender longer. I can go to bed and set a timer to wake me up to take it off at midnight

So yesterday was the first day I went 6 hours with the stretcher on. And I’m a tiny bit sore today. But it’s definitely a commitment. I’m gunna try to wear it as much as possible.

I will also say wearing the stretcher that many hours a day really cuts into a person’s maturation time haha

Where do we draw the line between an extender and ADS?
I use my TM extender for 3 - 4 hrs a day but much more intense (almost uncomfortable)
For 6-8 hrs id assume it would be not that tense and almost unnoticeable feeling?

do you think that 10-12 hours daily with the andropenis standard method for 6/7 months is too much?

Also discovered that you can pull your balls through the foam ring on the phallosan forte and that makes it soooo much more comfortable. Turns its into a loose foam cock ring.

I’m sorry but I don’t mean to put down anybodys routine and I’m just starting myself so I’m not saying I have all the answers, but from what I’ve read on here from more experienced members who have actually made 2-3 inch gains using an extender, the average time you should be wearing an extender is 4-6 hours a day and you should be giving yourself a break once every hour, only being in the extender 1-1.5 hours at a time. And you should never sleep in it. I’m just not clear on how long your breaks showed be. Experienced PEers also say that you should jelq and do your pumping BEFORE putting the extender on because the jelq/pump tremendously stretches the cells in you dick and then when you put on the extender, the extender causes the cells to stay stretched while extending, so your dick settles into the pumped/jelq state, which should allow you to gain less difficultly. This is basically the routine I use but I literally just started. I did a ton of reading and lurking on this site before I started and for me, safety is my number one concern. I’ve been taking time to just get used to the feel of it and to get a good process going and also to make sure I’m comfortable in it and I’m not hurting myself. I’ve read that your only supposed to extend to 3/4 of your erect length and that it shouldn’t hurt, it should just feel stretched. Idk tho, like I said, I just started. There’s also some good YouTube videos about it and some of them have this guy who actually says he is a member of this site. Anyways, good luck you guys. I hope you reach your goals.

No brother I would do less tension longer hours.
Many more experienced members in different threads support the notion of cell elongation through moderate tension for a prolonged period of time.

You should never feel uncomfortable in your extended. I mean yes it’s not a comfortable experience BUT you should not feel pain. Cold and bluish glans are okay, but this “unnoticeable ” feeling you mentioned, which I assume is numbness that you’re referring to is a
BIG RED flag.

You never want your member to be numb or tingling.

I think you can cut down on the hours by using heat+extender, or that is my personal experience.

I typically only do heat for like the first 30 mins. Just to loosen things up.

I’ve been using the extender for a while now. Gained about 1/8 of an inch. So that’s exciting. Ive seen around that pumping while doing a stretcher regimen is counter productive because it shifts to mostly girth gains instead of length. Is this true? Should I not do pump routines while doing stretching routines?

I’m dealing with this exact question right now. I’m trying to gain an inch and half length and an inch girth. I’ve been using an extender and pumping in the evenings for four months now and I feel like the length gains are starting to stall after .8 inch length gain and a .5 girth gain. I’m not sure where to go from here, if I should keep pumping, because I definitely need girth gains, but I don’t want to lose out on length, by any means.
