I read somewhere on “good looking loser” that I could wear the size genetics up to 2 hours straight.

A part of me wants to believe this because I get consistent pull wearing the SG, and I rack up more hours without taking it off and putting it back on.

The other more realistic part of me calls BS because I’ve been hanging for years now and it’s always been 20 minutes on— then get blood recirculated.

Before last night I was thinking, “what’s the big deal with losing sensitivity in the head? Won’t I just be better in bed and last forever?”
Then I had all the regret and how it would affect love making in general. Instead of pleasing a me, my gf or wife would be constantly seeing me frustrated and apathetic during sex instead of having a dynamic reaction. You can’t get the sensitivity back when it is gone and you will regret it…

So, my question is: how long should I wear the Size Genetics in one set? Does it REALLY make a difference if I use the “comfort strap”? Because I have to sacrifice length gains wearing the comfort strap and even then it looks like it restricts circulation.

As a side note, I have the phallosan forte, but I fear that the fact that I can’t get consistent tension while wearing it will make it so I’m wasting my time.

My second question is: “can I get length gains wearing the phallosan the same way I would with the Size Genetics?”

The tension rods play a big factor in keeping track of progress.

You don’t do “sets” with an extender. You just wear it. You take it off once an hour, and massage your penis, making sure it is getting adequate circulation. You are overthinking, and over complicating the whole thing. Do your jelqs, or whatever your workout is, Then wear your extender, with those little massage breaks, for four hours. Get a ruler, set the base of the extender flat on a desk or counter top. Pivot the extender arms to ninety degrees, or perfectly vertical. Set the length for about three quarters of an inch shorter than your bone pressed erect length. You will get length gains. Your penis does NOT require X amount of tension from the spring to grow. It needs only to have the tunica stressed, and then to heal in a longer state than your regular, unstretched flaccid would hang at. Basically, stretch your penis with your hand (active exercise) then let it heal at a slightly greater than usual length (passive rest). And stop worrying and stressing about it. Your penis will grow, because it has to.

Well… I do not want gangrene. If I wear the noose, it definitely cuts off blood circulation.

I should clarify. I was tightening the noose and then locking the noose really tight. Then I would stretch as far out as possible. I’ll try measuring again and do the 3/4ths of an inch shorter than the BPEL. I will see if this helps circulation.

I was able to combine the Phallosan forte with the Size Genetics, it was really easy, but it requires more rods in length to work

Update: whelp… got blisters on the head from using the phallosan connected to the sizegenetics yesterday. Won’t be doing any PE for a while.

When I start back up, I will be working on damage control low traction possibly with the comfort strap combined with bath mate and either hanging (low weight 5 lbs) or manual stretching in the morning.

I think you are overdoing it. Too much tension, too much time, too tight. This is a spring not a marathon, so patience is key. Any noose-type extender is going to cut some circulation no matter what you do. Gangrene on the other hand means you completely stopped blood flow for enough time for your dick cells to die, but you must completely cut any blood flow for some time.

For me, one year+ user, using noose-type, spring-loaded extender was hard to find the sweet spot where the tension was right, the noose was right and I started seeing gains. Like raybbaby said, shorten your extender so noose rest behind your dick head, attach it firmly but not enough to hurt yourself (you must find your sweet spot) then release the head piece and you should have a nice stretch without too much disconfort, almost like you are not wearing a thing, and you should be able to last 1 hour on it, then release it, slap it, massage it during 15 minutes or so, then reattach the extender.

What I’ve found is normal for me: head swelling, little red spots in my head from time to time, some numbness when too tight, head cold almost always, head purple (but not blue or blackish), and of course a burning feeling where the noose was pressing that fades away after massaging my dick a little.

For protection: always wrap your shaft just below your glans with gause, strip of cotton clothes or a sock, silicone sleeves or anything that pads your head and precious dorsal nerve from the noose. I use 4 to 5 turns of gause then medical tape to secure it in place, put a silicone sleeve over the gause, then put the noose right over this padding.

I’ve completely healed, so I will start again today. Reading over advice (concentrating on) lower tension; less time; and good circulation.

I won’t get greedy. Patience is key.
