Vac Extender 4.2 with KR kIt

Been doing PE for years on and off. Any proven routines with the vac extender 4.2 with KR kit ?

The phallosan system says use 1.7 kilo for ADS. Assuming I mark the KR steel inserts for different weight pull and use for 5 hours a day then autoxleeve blue for 3-4 hrs would that be a good starting point ?

I believe 600 gr is the recommended level for starting an extending routine and building tension slowly based on how your EQ is affected by the increased tension.

I personally found 900 gr to be the max I can go with my 4.0 VacExtender mod kit in order to avoid bruising and blisters. However, each guy’s dick responds differently.

Depends on how conditioned you are. When you start 600 gr. is recommended.
