I assume you have moved up slowly and evenly to eight lbs over these three weeks. If that is the case, you are doing things correctly. Sure, you can go ahead and move up a pound or two at a time. Just don’t jump up five pounds at a time. There will come a point where you will recognize that you are at the correct weight. A good amount of fatigue with lig soreness after, but also a comfortable weight while hanging.
Also, if you are reaching fatigue, you are doing some good already. Plus, I assume during these three weeks you have learned the proper way to hang, and what you should be feeling.
