I was kind of expecting it to have the opposite effect. Just as it gets used to the one weight, in comes a higher one and it can’t adapt. Plus, It’s not really consistent. Sometimes, I start with a lower weight, sometimes with the higher weight. Sometimes I lower the weight steadily (during a set) sometimes I raise it.

No workout has ever been the same day to day. I thought that would prevent my my dick from adapting. As would increasing weight steadily, I thought, anyway.

Well if you’re hanging with a high weight one day, then a lower the next day. Logically thinking it would make sense the penis started to get used to the heavy weight and the light weight wouldn’t feel like anything. Only if you’re fatigued and it aches to much to hang with a high weight should you hang a lesser weight.

Okay but, I’ve actually made no hanging gains so far and been hanging for over 6 months consistently. My knowledge on hanging is mostly made up from Bib and Bib clones (people who learnt his technique and ran with it). Your way may work! But logically speaking what Bib preaches makes sense. I’m probably just having a hard time.

If I start with a lower weights, it’s so I can gradually increase through the set, But I don’t stick with the same low weight. Even if I am fatigued, which hasn’t happened in a awhile.

And are you serious? No gains yet? At all? How much are you hanging?

I can’t say I’ve made a length gain yet, but my dick is definitely a much thicker when erect, and definitely much fuller when flaccid. I turtled the first few days, but every since, I hang full all day.

Tell me about process through 6 months, I was expecting to be 10 inches by then. (I’m only half joking.) I’d really like to here your story.

Everything seems to be in order here. Just another cut guy hanging his balls off. Props.

Lol

It is my understanding that a cell/nerve/etc. that is completely blocked of blood flow will start to suffer tissue necrosis and nerve damage, etc. after being blocked for more than 15 minutes.

That was why the 15 minute “safety” time limit was used, so that if you were by chance blocking flow somewhere in your penis that you didn’t realize or feel at the time, you wouldn’t do any permanent damage.

It’s kind of a fail-safe way of not permanently hurting yourself.

Am I understanding wrong?

Nothing to tell really. Had problems with hanger attachment, moved up weight quickly when my technique sucked. Moved back down to 5lbs after a couple of months and have gradually been increasing since. I’m up to 10lbs now with a good attachment technique. It causes some very mild fatigue in the ligaments, but often doesn’t do much. It always aches my balls and skin area, so I have to figure out a way to sort that out.

Essentially I think I haven’t gained because my ligs are tough due to a lot of manual PE before hand where I gained decently. And I haven’t used enough weight yet to cause real fatigue. So I’m just persevering.
