I currently have been using the vac extender as an ADS. I have been consistently wearing it on an almost 5 day basis for 1:30 - 2hrs each day and then taking two days off. I have been doing this for several months and seen very little gains. I was wondering if anyone thinks I should extend this time to 3 hours 5 days a week for a few months to see if I get any results or try something different. I have just been stretching almost no jelqing at all do to no privacy at the moment. I am a full time student and work everyday and I usually wear the ADS during school hours. I took the last week off to re-coop and start again, and was thinking of starting with 3 hrs a day for 5 days to see if I can kick start some gains. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am certainly not a good person to be giving advice, as I’ve had 0 long-term gains because of PE.

However, it is called an ADS for a reason… as in All-Day-Stretch.
ADS is used to allow your dick to repair itself in an extended state.
Thus, you must wear it much longer as well as do more exercises.

My goal is to start off with a minimum of 4 hours a day starting next week.
Eventually, I’m hoping to sleep with my ADS on as well, plus about 6 hours in the day, for a total of 14 hours a day minimum. I am using the new static stretcher as my ADS.

2 on/1 off — in a month or two 3 on/1 off.
This is on top of:
5 min warm-up
15 min stretch
15 min jelq
5x20 amazing isometrics
3 min warm down

In my opinion, wearing an ADS for an hour or two a day will get you NO results.

Again, I have no gains to speak of though.

I never had any results from ADS style devices, the methodology just did not provide enough force to initiate permanent gains. Holding your penis in a protracted state is well and good but if the force does not overcome the resisting physiology, no gains can be had. People have gained with these devices but you have logged enough hours to warrant gains, if no gains are present it is probably best to give other methods preference over those that are not positing gains.

I too use the vacuextender and I would say that is should be used in conjunction with another form of PE. I use it with a hanging routine and wear the vacuextender head with a a bungee cord attached to my ankle all day. I have seen gains from this method.

I wear it roughly from when I wake up to when I go to sleep with breaks in between to minimize glans soreness.

Not sure how much stretch is applied but I would guess between 2 and 5 pounds depending on the stretch of the bungee cord.

Your right, HowdyBear, an ADS won’t give you any gains because that’s not what it’s for. An ADS is just insurance that keeps what you’ve gained from other heavy hanging or stretching methods.

There is not many of us that can devote many hours to hanging like Bib did or DLD who stay home and have nothing else to devote time to all day. So an ADS is intended to be used as an augmentation device to prevent healing while between heavy hanging sessions in a contracted state.
