What type of hanger are you using & how long have you had this going on? Are you attaching your hanger 1.25” behind the coronal ridge of your glans?
Ok so I stopped hanging for now and started pumping everyday with my Bathmate for 20 mins. Id have to say the pump evens out my baseball bat penis and really gives me a good thick flaccid the day after. And my EQ was like when I was a little teen. I could cum within 1-2 minutes.

Hanging sometimes gives base girth, but wont effect you mid-shaft.
