Back on the horse,few questions

Hello dear friends of this brilliant community.

I am not a newbe,i started my PE romance early this year,I’ve been doing
The newbe routine religiously, always adding more time passed.

Since my 1st measurements weren’t precise,i cant tell if i really gained much,
It doesn’t feel like i did.

I do think i gained 1.5cm to total size, length and girth, but since i started tiny,
Its pretty darn underwhelming.
Currently measuring at 14.5bpel,15.3bpfsl,13.2nbpel.

I had to ease off my PE when i traveled for two month.
Now,reconditioning my unit back so i could start hanging.

I am frustrated for the lack of gains.
Now,more than ever,my shortcomings are a problem within my
Relationship…

I am about to order a bib starter and i wanted to know:
In order to prevent turtling after a session, would it be smart
To use an extender for 3/4/5 hours to keep it stretched ?

Ive been turtling after every session, even when i go easy.
I just cant stand my measurements now.it becomes an obsession.
And now its an approved truth.i am tiny and i hate it.

Not shooting for the stars here,i would love to gain just a 1.5inch
In cm terms,my final goals are 17cm with a proportional girth to follow.

Any help will be highly appreciated !

Thanks ahead and god speed

‘I’ not ‘i’ when referring to yourself please. I think you should do three things for the start. First, take measurements. Second, enter in the realm of real life proportions : 1.5 cm in less then 1 year is more then average gains; 1.5” gain is a huge gain, expecially when you already have gained more than half inch. Not everybody gains that much even PEing for 5 or more years. Third, fix your signature - it doesn’t accords with your words.

About your question: it would be wise to go ahead with what is giving you gains instead than jumping on something else that you don’t know if it will work or not. You can add an extender after hanging, but IMHO if you have an extender, why hanging? Turtling is not a big issue per se, but if it worries you, instead than fighting it trying to prevent it would be wiser. Do you warm up carefully? Do you PE in a warm, comfortable environment?

Thank you !
I’m sorry for my crude english, will be more watchful.
It feels like I hit the wall with manual PE and I think that maybe
The jelqs and stretch are too random regarding pull strengh.

I am not lazy to do them.
Back than, the pick of my routine was:
15min warm up
20min stretches - up,so,dn,l,r
600/700 3sec jelq
10min warm down
I did my kegels in the car everyday on the way to the office:
75min drive,3/4/5 each hold

Thank you

No problem. Wearing the extender after hanging is pretty much like doing more hanging, so it should beneficial assuming you are not using extreme tension.

Thank you.

Not an extreme tension, more like “post-hanging-anti-turtling”
Solution,so it wont curl up inside, all scared and miserable

Before I start,any recommendations ?
Since I am a tiny 13cm nbpel,I’m going for the bib starter (haven’t placed an order yet).
Any other options ?

Ive been reading everything i could find here on the forums,
Pretty excited to start hanging.
Have lots of hope it’ll work

People are generally happy with the Bib; I’d personally make use of an AFB hanger which costs nothing and cuts less the blood flow. Another clamp based hanger is the Re-di stretcher. Then you have vac- based hangers (which give the advantage that you can do longer sets., but with lower weights). I have to say that people seems to like the hanger they buy, whatever it is. :) All hangers have a long learning curve, though. Why do you write in columns? Using a mobile?

I’d second that, although I have not tried a real Bib.

The AFB took me about a month to get used to how to hang it, but I am better at it now and its very comfortable, and cost me.. A few bucks for the bolts/nuts/s-hook.

Thanks Guys,
I`ll dive into into it more.I really want to only buy a hanger once.I measure weight in Kilo here,I just lifted 2lb`s (almost 1kg) with my hands.
That seems like alot of weight on the unit to withstand for 20minx3.anything i need to worry about ? or you guys just get use to it ?

I mostly write in columns cause i`m using the iPhone.
my computer has a 27” monitor and my office is in the middle of the house.
i really don’t want curious eyes on my PE interest, specially the wife, though now she`s 50% of the reason i`m PEing anyway.

thank you fellas !
