Best way to stretch SO

What is the best setup for straight-out stretching? I have a bed and a chair that I tried to lie across but my abdominals received more of a workout then my penis ha. Any help. Tried searching but had a difficult time finding anything. Thanks

Buy some sort of cheap pulley system, and attach it to the bottom of your computer desk.

I use a $1 cupboard handle. Some guys use actual pulleys, but for the weight that I’m using, the handle works fine, and comes with all the hardware required to screw it on.

Screw the handle to the bottom of your desk, run the rope through it, attach rope to weight and hanger, dick stretches straight out.

Works like a charm.

So basically the weight it hanging through the hole and then dropping straight down? This makes your penis stretch in the straight out fashion even though the weight is lowered towards the ground? I think I understand. Thanks for the help, always wanted to implement that into my routine just never knew how.

The thing about using not pulleys but other mechanisms to redirect the rope is that the other mechanisms inject a lot of friction into the equation and reduce the amount of force transmitted by the weights. No problem, but it means that you’re not really hanging whatever weight you think you are.

That’s right ddogusterion, when you use a pulley (or a hook under your desk) the actual force/weight is only HALF the weight (at best) you are using!

To PE or not to PE, that´s (NOT) the Question.

Consider the Rice Sock Duct Tape Fulcrum. I would consider it SO/SD in same.

I am hanging 10 pounds with the hook method right now and it feel more like a manual stretch then a hanging stretch. Basically the further I sit from the desk the bigger of a pull I get straight out. When I tried hanging straight out by lying across my bed and a chair it was very difficult at only 5 pounds and I can see how beneficial that position could be. Next step might have to be me cutting a hole in my desk and lying on top of it haha. Who knows.

Not so….

If you use a pulley and the load is connected by a single line, then there is no mechanical advantage and the weight you feel on your end of the rope is exactly the weight of the load, less frictional losses. You are speaking of cases where you are using combinations of pulleys to create a mechanical advantage. I think for a decent pulley the loss will be minimal, say 10% or thereabouts—off the top of my head—but for “rope redirectors” that are not pulleys and introduce more friction into the system the loss will be greater.

What was I thinking.

Listen to what Manzwa, and I think I said it earlier too(maybe not this thread,but a different post), do the Straight Out with the RS/DT(rice sock/duct tape) fulcrum. The potential for gains is incredible. Go to Bib’s site and do a search for it there, as I don’t think it is on here(I could be wrong though).
