ok…so my pre-jelq program is 30 seconds up, down, out x3 then the same but with blasters, I’m wondering if i should throw the btc stretch in there, i did it once and it felt great but I’m wondering if it wont have a weird effect on the way i hang because its such an extreme stretch, i bring the head all the way around to the hole (no pleasure involved ;) ) also, do you think you could do dld blasters this way
