Bib, is this feeling desireable?
I’ve been hitting a lot of different angles during my manual stretching, and have been feeling good stretching deep within. Right now, I’ve got that hit in the nuts=punched in the stomach kinda feel. I hypothesize this is from stretching the ligs/tunica where they attach to the back of the pubic wall, correct?
Is this a good thing? I sure hope so…
