Bib: Paypal-order problems

I would like to order a Bib-starter by using Paypal.
I live in Thailand and the country ‘Thailand’ is not selectable when filling out the order form.

Could you arrange a delivery and to debit my credit card without using ‘Paypal’ ?

You can’t open a Paypal account?? Is that the problem?? If so, why not use a money order?

indeed Paypal seems not to do business with Thailand. I can not chose the country when opening an account with them.
Money order:
Most of the private saving accounts in Thailand come without chequebook. Also my own account.
Opening an account with cheques would have to be a business account which I can not do since I am not self-employed so I won’t be able send a cheque.
Also putting money in a closed envelope is more than risky here.
The most safety comes with debiting my credit card but Paypal does not accept Thailand.

Any other ideas to get a Bib-Starter over there?

Buy a money order at the bank. I think a large commercial bank would be able to arrange a money order payable in US funds.

I will contact an international bank in Bangkok by tomorrow. What Thai banks are not willing to do should be possible at banks with higher standards.
