I have been toying with the BTC stretch lately and I have tried to crouch down like a baseball catcher while doing so but it is difficult to sustain. I usually end up just sitting ln the edge of the sofa while doing the BTC. Is crouching down more effective?

I doubt it, Sitting on the end of a chair/Sofa with your legs up makes the angle more extreme than crouching. Your body is kind of like a fulcrum in that position.

I tend to agree. Either way it is a massively intense exercise and I am confident that it will give me some length gains, especially combined with some serious heat.

It will gain, especially if you are on the edge of a chair with your feet up. If you never experienced you lig based gains, you will get them in this position.

What is the difference between lig gains and other length gains?

If we are actually stretching ligaments, wouldn’t we see a creeping attachment point?

I’ve gained an inch and a held and don’t see any difference in where my ligaments attach.

BTC is a great stretch by the way.

The tunica is a tough area to target.

I do fulcrum hanging now and am finding that I still get ligament soreness and little direct tunica fatigue, even though it bends at ninety degrees from the hanger over a two inch diameter fulcrum.

I may try 180 degree bundles over the fulcrum next.
