Can someone post pics of them using the bib hanger

I don’t understand they don’t make it very clear,
Do you clamp it on the head of your penis or at the bottom near the pubic bone, what do you use for weights etc.and where do you put the therma band or whatever it is on.

I’m gonna buy one in a few weeks but would like to know how to use it first so I can get going straight away.
