Can't gain length

^Not with a bib style hanger. Even with a vac-based hanger that is a little bit long.

Sure, not with a Bib’. With a vac many (like me) have done; of course, don’t jump to 60+ minutes hangin from a day to another; add some minutes every week.

Do you guys really think lower weight would be better? I thought you had to increase weight. Guys I started with 5 lbs, and I hung for an hour and it felt like NOTHING. You have gotta take my girth into consideration. I have been hanging up now over something for already 30 minutes using 15.5 lbs, and I can feel the tug but it’s not unbearable, I do not see how less weight could fatigue me if I can easily handle this.

I measured my base girth at 7 and I get fatigued if I hang 5 pounds for close to 2 hours. Granted, it took a few days of 2 hour hanging before I felt anything in the beginning, but you get the point.

I remember telling you to use lower weights/more time awhile ago too. What’s the worst that could happen? As long as you don’t feel like you are getting blisters or anything that is.

For the next week try to get a ton of hours in at a lower weight, maybe 7-10 pounds? It probably wont feel like much in the beginning, but see how it goes.

AGH! You hit 7!? Right on! I literally have to put away and retire my 2.25 pump being as I pack it even going in nearly dry, and I already gained too much with clamping and I think I have only been doing it about a week.scary shit. I am beginning to think the length surgery will happen years down the road if length doesn’t budge.

I also wonder how much tension I am supposed to apply with my static stretcher. I usually pull it about 1 cm tighter every 1/2 hour, until I am almost towards the end of the 11 inch rods.

Just to let you all know, when I hung 15.5 lbs, I could for 30-40 minutes. So I don’t think that’s too heavy then right? Especially since most of my sets were that weight and I’m not terribly fatigued today.

First I’d say figure out what angle you have the most potential gains from.. do the three tests listed on Bib’s forum ()

Find a weight at that angle that will bring on fatigue before the first 20 minutes is up.

Hang 6 20 min sets (2 hours under the hanger.. 3 total if you’re on point) per day at least.. the more the merrier. Reduce weight according to fatigue.

It’s all about the fatigue, man. 40 lbs or 4.. get it, feel it, and ride it.

You’ll gain!

iron, why asking if you don’t like answers? :)

I like all of your answers to a very high degree, that is why I started this thread.

I was simply stating that I CAN ride out 15 lbs no problem, hell it hurts my head a little bit because I use a Vac, but It’s by no means unbearable.

That doesn’t matter though. How are you sure low weights wont work for you if haven’t tried the low weight/high time approach for more than a couple of days? Seriously, try it for a week and see how it goes.

Ok I am confused because I thought I was doing high time? Like I would do 3-4 sets of 30 min each.

That’s about what I have been doing at 5 pounds and I am getting fatigued a little even at the end of my first set. I don’t know maybe you toughed your ligs by jumping up weight so quickly?

I didn’t get fatigued initially at 5 pounds, but I kept at it and eventually it came. I’m not really sure what to suggest for you though, sorry.

I think it’s my hanger. The only real tension I feel in the OTS or SO position is like hard pulling on my head.

You want to eliminate all attachment soreness.. spending time figuring out your toe in/out settings and your wrap will benefit you in the end, because you don’t want to be messing around with it when you have a job to get done (fatigue). Think of the hanger like a third hand. You wouldn’t grip the shaft with your fingernails.. that’d hurt.

Once you get that down, doing OTS SO or whatever will not hurt the way you’re describing, only the way you want which is the discomfort from the internal fatigue you get. If you don’t get the same soreness hanging another way, it’s probably still incorrect but for some reason you or your penis are used to it and it doesn’t cause discomfort.

About the low weight thing: low weight is awesome. If 5lbs can deform connective tissues then you’re a lucky guy. The point is not to hang some arbitrary weight that sounds right.. it’s the weight that (during the first 20 minute set) will cause fatigue and deformation (yes, discomfort) it may take a while to find that because of skin conditioning and hanger attachment, but keep working up and it’ll happen. You’ll probably need something besides the vacu hanger after a while too.
