Well today marks one week of hanging, I like it and I plan to keep it in my PE arsenal. I picked up a 1lb dumbbell today from walmart for 96 cents,
and plan to tie it with my 2.5lb weight for 3.5lbs. This 1lber will allow me to move up in weight more gradually and milk each amount for all the gains I can
as I move up. I still hit light fatigue with the 2.5lbs but I think 3.5lbs will more effeciently allow me hit fatigue sooner.
(And I read you want to find your max weight soon.)
I was just reading more on hanging from a link on the front page here.

I already do light jelqing after hanging, but I am considering making it a post hanging ritual to do full jelqs and also possibly throwing in a clamping session.
Sinse as I mentioned earlier, I hang before bed and don’t wear an ADS, I think doing this will give me the post-jelq pump before bed and keep my penis from
“turtling” as Andrew mentioned.(Even though I haven’t really noticed this happen - except when I did manual stretching - unless I’m not hanging enough
yet… I guess I’ll see, or maybe I won’t if I follow my master plan….) This pump effect usually lasts a few hours by which time I should be asleep with a nice
nocturnal erection working on my behalf.
