Thanks RBM, it’s great to be making gains again!
I usually hang SD, and sort of BTC by putting my upper back on the chair and bending my knees with my feet on the floor. Well last night I raised my legs up while doing this and put my feet up on my desk for my last set. This gave me an incredible lig stretch! I was even looking at the clock to see when I was done for the last 5-10 minutes.

I haven’t been switching weights around yet, each time I’ve moved up in weight I’ve used that weight for all 4-5 sets.
I might add another pound tomorrow and see what that does.
I think fowfers during the day with hanging at night work very well together! I really love my routine now, it’s not at all a chore like it once was, now I’m excited about it.
I usually surf Thunder’s while I’m hanging, but it seems like there aren’t enough people on when I am, so I eventually run out of things to read/post on, and then my last few sets can be boring. I’ve got to start reading some books I guess. I used to watch some South Park episodes I had on my computer but I’ve seen them all now…. What do you do to pass your hang time?
