Constructed My First Hanger
Yesterday I constructed my first hanger, I felt like a Jedi constructing his lightsaber :D
I read alot about hanging and hangers. I looked at Tom Hubbard, Bib, and Captain Hook’s designs, and sort of McGivered my own from their concepts. I originally and still want to make the Captn’s Wench but I couldn’t find the Nylon strap, so I’ll have to wait until I find some. I’ve already worn my hanger for a few minutes to see how it affected circulation and it seems pretty good. I’m posting a few pictures of what I made, maybe you guys can tell me what you think, and if it seems good enough to use for hanging safely.
I was curious how many of you guys who hang have a jelqing routine also, because I don’t want to give up jelqing as I’m making good girth gains. I think Andrew69 just recently started hanging and he made most of his gains from jelqing, so maybe he’ll have some advice and let us know what he does now.
Also I’d like to know what hanging routines most of you use and find effective. I’m not sure if I can find time to hang twice a day, for an hour “hang time” each time, but I was thinking of just one hour before bed. Will it make alot of difference to have the second hanging in there or will I still make decent gains from one?
I’m planning to start out with 2lbs for 15minute sets.
