Wellcum, I assume you are using the Bib hanger?
I was having the same problem, and although I have not used it to hang again since, I believe I fixed it as I pulled with a fairly high amount of pressure and it wasn’t uncomfortable at all and it was not putting pressure on the glans. Are you hanging toe in or toe out? If you are hanging toe in, try toe out. If you are hanging toe out, but only slight toe out, try setting it to toe out more. This is what helped me get a better grip on the shaft so that the hanger did not slide down as much (thanks to Hobby and SWM). As far as pulling the skin back towards your body, you definitely want to do so as the skin will be taking all of the tension if you do not. I’m not a very experienced hanger yet, so if this suggestion does not help your problem, be sure to follow up on this thread so that someone else may offer you some advice.
