Distributed Attachment Point Hanging
Well with some recent lack of success seeing additional gains with jelqing I am revisiting hanging.
My issue with hanging has been finding a method that allows for what I perceive as both sufficient force and time under tension. When I grab my dick with my hand and pull, I see this grab as more of a noose style grab than anything else. When I hang with a vac head, it’s pretty comfortable but too much weight (>12.5 lbs for me) for too long of periods causes pain and blistering. And then you have regular hangers, which in my limited experience and based on reading others’ posts seem very uncomfortable and difficult to use for longer periods.
So my thought is to distribute the pressure between a vac head and noose, with the noose tightening around the thick silicon sleeve of the vac head to put pressure below the glans (and keep a good degree of padding between penis and noose). I am sure many others here have had the same thought and made some contraptions based on the idea, but I haven’t read any specifically yet. I put something together quickly and hanging 12.5 lbs today for a long period was very comfortable, moreso than with the vac hanger alone. I hope however that hanging more than this won’t be an issue, I will graduate weight slowly, and I am resting 5 min. every 20 min. of hanging.
I wonder if anything has experience with such a contraption? Also, I have read about some danger with noose style hanging, anyone have any feedback on this? Ultimately the goal is to balance pressure between the noose and vac head such that neither channel of force is excessive.
