Finally got the wrap right....

Finally got the wrap right....

I have 8 lbs hanging from my dong at the moment. I think I finally have my Bib setup correct.

Now, if I can only find the time….

It’s like a bright light comes on when you get it right, the skin stretch goes to a minimum and you have the urge to hang a small car of the hanger. Well, maybe not a car,but when you feel you finally have it right,it is great. Good Luck on finding the time,Wad.

Shit, I’m still trying to get my wrap right. Have had the starter for about a month now, still haven’t used it yet. Damn. My flaccid length is just too damn small.

deeznuts,

What helped for me was a standard ACE bandage - not the self-adhesive bandage, which seemed too thin & coarse. I use the thicker, smoother bandage (the type which normally is held with clips - which I don’t use, of course). I just hold the end down with my finger, until I secure the hanger.

In terms of flaccid size, that’s the main reason I got a starter & not a regular model. I’m a grower not a shower. But if you still have some trouble with the starter (not sure of your flaccid measurment), just stretch a little manually, just to get some bloodflow into your unit.

You don’t want to hang erect, of course, just a little plump that’s all.

But getting the wrap right makes all the difference. And trim away any hair also. Gather your skin comfortably, try a different wrap, then apply the hanger carefully, making the adjustments.

A bad wrap could make 2 lbs unbearable, while a good wrap makes 10 lbs feel good.

Congratulations Wad! Good advice too. Still playing with mine…

No, A merry Life and a short one, shall be my Motto."--Bartholomew Roberts

Thanks for the advice Wad, I’m a big time grower. My flaccid size is horrendous on some days. I do a short stretch beforehand, it does help.

I’ll try that Ace bandage this week.

Appling the hanger??

Hi guys,

I’m going for the Bib starter in very very near future (saving my pennies!). In the meantime been playing with this Homebrew Bib I made sometime back and had a little question on correct way of applyng the hanger. Still working on the wrapping thing which is quite an art in itself.

Some days I get it perfect, some days not, takes time to learn this for sure. I have learned to leave it rather loose as compared to before where I’d wrap to snug and have too much head pressure, that kinda made me paranoid.

Anyway, to the point, when applying the hanger the proper way I think, is to put it mid shaft (about 1.5” back from the head), then tighten some and apply the weight, tighten some more, I’m up to 6 lbs at present and the hanger, penis moves forward as one, correct?

The thing is I’ve tried this 2 ways, applyng the hanger mid shaft, tighten just snug, then move the hanger forward toward the head, tighten some more and apply the weight and check for feel. I’ll tighten or loosen as neccessary. I think this method is wrong but want to check with the vets here.

I know it’s totally neccessary to grab the internal structures of my member to make gains but would appreciate some direction about this one.

PS, this (I know) has been covered somewhere here at Thunders or perhaps the product guide on Bib’s website. At any rate thanks for any help.

Ineed,

>I’m up to 6 lbs at present and the hanger, penis moves forward as one, correct?<

Correct. But at higher weights, the tissues in front of the hanger will bunch up, which could give the impression of the hanger sliding down.

The only thing I see wrong is where you say ” then move the hanger forward toward the head”. There is no reason to move it forward that I know of. Maybe I do not understand what you mean.

You can attach the hanger fairly snug, then wait a bit, and tighten some more. Then, after applying the weight, you can tighten again in a minute.

Bigger

Bib,

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I figured it was wrong to put the hanger on and move it forward. A while back I was doing that to remove the blood from the head while squeezing. Now I’ve learned thru expermintation and your help before to just apply the hanger like you said, tighten a little, apply the weight and maybe tighten some more.

Hope I don’t sound to dumb here but any amount of weight 5 lbs and above (seems to me anyway) will move the hanger forward to some degree, correct? basically putting the hanger behind the gland.

I try to tighten just enough to grab the shaft itself (internal structure) mid shaft but the hanger always moves forward somewhat but everything moves as one. I guess it will always move toward the head when the weights applied.

Also, where should I feel the stretch? I mainly feel it ahead of the hanger (the head and also the shaft where the hanger attaches) but not at the base, not yet anyway.

The good news is my flaccid hang looks great after 1- 2 20 min sets. I don’t feel any fatigue yet. I guess I’m saying I’m still trying to figure this hanger out and what I should be feeling in terms of trying to grow.
Guess it just takes some time and I’ll stay at it.

After using the Grip for so long and pulling from the head (but’s it’s a piece of crap) I’m trying to get use to using this hanger and making it work for me. Sorry for all the dumb questions.

Thanks,

Well, I guess it would depend on the individual. Five lbs would do nothing to me, provided the hanger was tightened properly. It would stay almost exactly where I put it. This would probably be true for me up to ten lbs, maybe even 12.5. I would get compression at about 15.

It was always amazing to me how much the hanger could be tightened when I really tried.

>basically putting the hanger behind the gland. <

I do not like that statement. The hanger should be attached to the shaft. If it rides down, it should be compressing the tissues so that the hanger rides on the ‘shoulders’ of the head, and not the head itself.

>Also, where should I feel the stretch? I mainly feel it ahead of the hanger (the head and also the shaft where the hanger attaches) but not at the base, not yet anyway. <

I assume you are just starting, and have not increased the weight enough to feel the stretch where you need it. You might want to try tightening some more. But as far as adding weight, do it slowly, even if you do not feel the work on a given day. A couple lbs a week increase will eventually take you to the area of fatigue. But your soft tissues need the time to adapt to the stresses. Go up slowly.

Yes, it does take time to figure out everything that is going on. Do not try to rush the process.

>Sorry for all the dumb questions.<

There are no dumb questions, onlly dumb answers. I provide those.

Bigger

Bib,

Come on now, you provide great answers and I really appreciate every one of them!

I think I need to clarify some things to get us on the right track. I’ve been hanging with the Grip for years getting up to 8 lbs, sometimes 9 lbs if it worked just right but that was rare using that device. I bought it in 1997. I’ve been jelking and all the rest all along so my unit is very conditioned and use to hanging.

I finally got fed up with the Grip a while back and decided to really give this hanger a go, that’s why I have been asking many questions about the right way to put it on, head pressure etc.

It wasn’t till I found this forum (year or so ago) that I figured out how to actually hang the right way, ie, doing more sets, using hot wraps and jelking.

The statement about the hanger behind the gland may have been a bad choice of words on my part. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t put it directly behind the head.. no..no! I know better than that.

I just meant that when I attach the hanger mid shaft it does grab the shaft and the weight pulls the hanger and penis forward, there’s no slippage just some forward movement(which is good). The skin in front of the hanger bunches up as a cushion so I think that is right as well.

See, I’m learning from your answers. Actually I think I have most of this down pretty well now. I need to move up in weight to feel the stretch more in the ligs but taking it slow for now. As I said before, with the Grip 7- 8 lbs was nothing but that’s about it’s limit, with this hanger 5- 6 lbs feels like a ton. Probably the difference in product and attachment points.

I’ll keep working with it and try upping the weight a lb or so to feel the stretch more. I like this hanger though in that there is room to grow in the future. Great design!

Thanks for your time and patience Bib!!
