First day of hanging and WOW!!!

Just moved up from 4.4 lbs to 5lbs and again wow. I can really notice every little increase in weight. Based on feel alone, what should I be looking for when it is time to move up in weight to 6lbs? The first day I hung at 5lbs there was no pain but I could definitely feel a solid mild discomfort in the last 30 minutes of my 60 minute afternoon session. I had ejaculated about 2 hours before that so that may have played a roll in the discomfort.

What does “Fatigue” feel like?

You need experience to know what fatigue is. For instance, you might have hanger discomfort or skin soreness. That’s not fatigue.

Fatigue to me is when I comfortably hang at say 5 kg for my first sets, but then notice or rather feel that the weight isn’t sustainable and I need to drop a 1 kg or so.

If you’re new, it might be hard to differentiate between hanger discomfort and actual fatigue. If you have some experience manual stretching, that might be useful to tell which is what.

Figures are random by the way. Fatigue happens at different weights for different people.

Is a little discoloration, redness, on the glans normal when stating with the LG hanger? I feel it may be skin stretch or something since my glans do expand when I pump some pressure into the hanger.

I wonder if this is just needed to shock the body and trigger a growth that wouldn’t occur, so as to speak break the plateau. I say that cause study on extenders shows best growth is 700-1100g

If it’s a vacuum hanger, I can’t comment. But I’m sure it is…?

I’ve never had that problem.

You probably want to go up in weight 1/2 to a pound every week ,that’s what I did to get 3/8 of an inch, but I’ve been hanging about 2 to 2 1/2 years it just takes time I also use the LG hanger love it never have use the bib.I got up to 12 pounds with the no problem.One of the main things is be very consistent,and knowing your unit and when it needs a break .take it slow and consistent is the key.
