Fowfers instead of ADS after hanging?

Hi.

Are Fowfers a good alternative for ADS after hanging? They seem more convenient especially compared to Vac ADS. Any Experience?


Start: B=D

Goal: BD

In my opinion fowfers are not really a stretching exercise. Yes you can get a little stretch for a short period of time, but not compared to an ADS. I consider them more of a turtle prevention tool.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

In my opinion fowfers are good for maintaining a stretch after completing an exercise. Perhaps a little help if you can hold them for an extended period while sleeping at night.

Do fowfers help for this healing in elongated state thing? One advantage over ADS is that fowfer offer a decent temperature without using anything else. Does this contribute to better after hanging maintenance? Cause with an ADS its unlikely that I will heat it all the time or is heating only important during hanging?
