Fulcrum Question

Hello,

I have seen some info on how to build a dual fulcrum. I am having some trouble with scale and how it is applied. Would anyone be willing to provide some pics of one and in use?

To be specific, I am asking about the rice sock duct tape fulcrum.

Hey! and I just posted this today. The fulcrum I made gave me a great stretch but, I’m going to mess around with it. In particular, I’m going to make it higher and see how that works. I’ll give updates in my progress thread.

I think the picture in this post gives the best idea of what you want to accomplish.

Thanks for the reply and link hbgreek. I have been doing something a bit different, I have a small baseball bat that I lay a electric heating pad over and lay on my knees followed by laying my shaft over and attach weights to bib hanger. The pull is upward on the base and then back down causing the tunica to pull more so on the top tissues.

Actually, I’m glad you did that. I imagine the people there have a better idea of what to do. Could you post a link to that post?

Sorry I didn’t reply sooner. I am sure you have looked over the threads there. Some very insightful info there. Your pics were helpful but I obviously need to revamp my fulcrum. Size seems to be difficult to figure out. I am going to look over your pics again and check out the measurements you so kindly provided. You mentioned yours needed to be taller, I have a small 1x4 piece of wood I placed under mine that made the heigth better. Something like that might help you.
