Beware of judging the weight you use by your feelings. You might be gaining at what you consider a point where nothing is happening. I would advise giving any particular weight at least 3 weeks (preferably a month) to show results. Your just not going to see determinable results in 1 week. What would be the end result is that you will be up using weights alot heavier then necessary. If after 3 weeks to cannot SEE gains then move up in weight. I know the problem is you want to see gains NOW, but a spoonful of patience is required here

It takes at least a month for your unit to get conditioned to hanging. In that time try to get the wrapping down because when you move up in weight the wrap is even more important.

Sorry to sound like such a twat, but what is this toe gap you’re talking about and how can i change it?

I’m also twisting in the hanger and it’s really putting me off!
