Got My Hanger Today

I was very impressed with the hanger I got today. It appears to be very well built, solid and comfortable. Learning to use it still but overall very impressed with the design and quality. Excellent work Bib thanks!

Now to start hanging! I will post my results once I start to see gains.

Seems that I should be about ready to hang with the “big” boys. I’ll be ordering a starter this weekend from my home PC. Dumb question aside from instructions on assembly and operation (?) is there any other information that I need to know?????

Adding to my earlier post. Started at 3.25” flaccid, and 5.85” erect. I have gained 2” flaccid and 1.15” in girth in the two months I’ve been PE’ing. Most of this has been from manual stretching, TOW, S bends and just getting into DLD blasters.

Well, no assembly required, but rather adjustments. You should read the website a couple times, and then much of the information here. After you experiment for a couple weeks, be sure to read the website again.
