I have come to realize that as far as hanging goes, the wrap is something that I have not mastered yet. A couple of questions; What are the main goals of wrapping, or what is it that we are trying to achieve with a good wrap. I can understand comfort and trying to cut down on skin soreness, but is their anything else? And what do all of you find works best for you.

That’s it. Try wrapping with only theraband and see how comfortable it is for you. It provides a little bit better grip than when wrapped with sweat shirt. Also less wrap - better grip. I wrap 3-4 times around. Don’t wrap tight.

Do you guys use heat though out your hanging session. I have realized that I can hang without heat and it takes forever to get to fatigue. However, after just a few minutes with heat during my routine and holy crap, I can barely stand it, I hit fatigue so fast! So how do you guys use heat, and do you experience this same sensation?

I couldn’t get fatigue nohow, with heat or without it. But it’s better to use heat, Bib always used it for the first 10 minutes of the set.

Instead of theraband and/or clothing you can also use the HTW or a bicycle/mountainbike innertire as wrap. Having no edge in your wrap will improve your hanging comfort.

Hmm…a mountain bike inner tube huh? I may have to try that since I have a ton of those laying around! I am an avid Mnt. biker…little did I know that it was going to help in my PE too! :-)

Would you get sweaty and eventually get some slippage with the bike tire though?

It could be you need a (small) scooter inner tube, I have one labelled 2/2.25 which was slightly too big for me. The thing is for the right size inner tube you need a trick to get it on because they’re not that elastic.

Fold your tube once
Push your (fore)skin over your glans
Place the tube over the bundle of skin
Push the tube down over your glans
Unfold the tube

I’m even able to do this with a tube too small for my flaccid girth, but that may be because I’m uncut.

Really? Do you think that you just over do it? I have noticed that my erections are also a little down. Think its cause I tend to over do it a little.
