hanging & jelqing?
Hi guys,
just wandering,is it ok to only hang,or do i have to do the jelqing also?.I have read on here many guys just hang and still get good gains.Or is both needed?
I ask because at the moment for me,i want to hang until i get my goal length, then start jelqing to get my goal girth.Is this idea ok?
My routine isnt too full on as i am just starting hanging:
1 hour total time for hanging broken up into times of 10mins hanging and 5-10 mins rest.Done before i goto bed, because it more convinient for me.
Is this ok, or do u guys have some ideas or suggestions for me,thanks everyone:)
