Hanging properly question

Yes, it was intense as I was “playing” with stretching and it definitely felt like I was “puilling out” my penis from inside. Also, I was extending past my BPEL. I don’t know about bounces or lunges, I only raised a couple of times my stretching angle for like 10-15 sec and then back to SD. I’m not saying this is my routine, just an observation made when I was doing what I described earlier.


Starting stats: 6.4" / 5.6" Current Stats: 7.4" / 5.8" Short term goal: 7" / 6" Long term goal: 8" / 6.5"

It sounds like the new angle you lifted to grabbed something. Please keep us posted as far as gains go, like if you notice quicker increases.

I have a new question about wearing properly my ADS.It is captn wench tied below my knee.I wrap with 7-8 inches of wrist bandage not tight but neither too loose.. I wore my ADS yesterday for about 2 hours with rests every 20-30 minutes just for test.Today I tried to pee with the ADS on (no stretch) and it worked but I felt some pressure in my urethra.is this normal.. I wore the ads for about 2 hours with no rest and my head was very good I thing little cooler but not cold definately .and little darker than normal not blue or black just more purplish.. I don’t feel the ADS on my penis, it’s very comfortable.So am I wearing my ADS properly ?

Can sleep with it for 1,2,3 hours ?

Can’t answer any of this except your last point: NO! Do not sleep with anything on your unit! Not the safest idea. IMHO.

I experiance skin stretch,longer flaccid and something like muscle fever in this area asd.jpg also when I am hanging from time to time I feel stretch between my balls and ass (BC muscle) maybe.. I hang BTC

Are all this things are normal ?

All re normal signs, but be careful to manage fatigue. If you get to the point that you cannot continue at the same weight, don’t be afraid to lower weights, even during a set. This is where you will actually start making gains. BTC is extreme for skin stretch but be careful not to stretch too much skin in the process.

I personally haven’t experienced the stretching feeling between my balls, but I almost wish I did so I could say I’ve experienced something different! Keep it up bro!

NEW PROBLEM
My eq dropped from the last week when I started intensive (for me) hanging.. I never hung before and I think I am over training..
This is what I did
Monday 45min hanging with 5lbs + 2x10min clamping + 250kegels
Tuesday 45min hanging 5lbs +250kegels
Wednesday 45min hanging 5lbs + 2x10min clamping + 250 kegels
Thursday 2x10 clamping + 250 kegels
Friday 45min hanging 5lbs +10min clamping + 250 kegels
Saturday for the first time in my life I experienced bad EQ so.. I made ADS and decided that my unit needs some rest.. 3-4 hours ADS
Sunday 4-5 hours ADS
Monday Here my EQ improved so I decided to start again but without clamping: 45min hanging 5lbs + 250kegels 3,4 ads+ sleep fowfers
Tuesday 45min hanging 5lbs + 250kegels 3,4hours ADS + sleep fowfers
Wednesday 45min hanging 5lbs + 250kegels 6hours ads + sleep fowfers
Thursday 45min hanging 5lbs + 250kegels 4-5 hours ads + sleep fowfers
Friday- today my EQ is bad :( what I have to do ??

My routine before I start hanging,clamping was
Hot shower:10-15 min stretching
More 10 min stretching+15min 70-80% jelqs,250kegels 2days on 1 off
I never change it from more than 2 years and gained more than 2inches EL and 1/2inch EG + never had low EQ every day I had Rock hard erections 10/10 (but the gains stoped so I decided to start hanging)

Now with my new hanging routine it seems that I am over training.. What I have to do to return my EQ.and to start to gain ??
My idea for now is 2days 5+ hours ADS than to start with 2days on 1 off 30mins HANGING+250kegels and every day to wear ADS.

I do certainly hope when you say 45 minute hang sessions they are broken up! You should hang for no more than 20 minutes at a time - MAX. Why are you clamping? If you are clamping to gain girth you should stop immediately because it only gets harder to gain length while trying to gain girth.

There are some who swear by ADS’s and other who say no. I used to use golf weights to keep my unit extended but have learned that every day hanging will pull out any healing your tissue tries to do. Even Monty who makes and sells the PE Weights says that they are not a necessity if you hang every day. Start slow and hang every day. Shoot for 2-3 hours 5 days a week and maybe only an hour 2 days a week, but always hang! And remember to listen to your penis. If it aches and hurts, you need to drop weight immediately. This means you have reached fatigue and are possibly bordering on macro tears which is dangerous and leads to damage. Please clarify what a 45 minutes set looks like to you.

Perhaps if you drop the clamping, you can move up in weights and hang longer. But be sure to drop back down in weight when you can’t take the higher weight anymore. If you find yourself gritting your teeth to make the 20 minute mark, end the session or drop in weight.

I did 1 set x15minutes and 3 sets x 10minutes = (45mins)..and than ADS . I droped the clamping but..
this week i hunged from monday to Thursday and today(friday) i noticed low EQ + bad pain like muscle fever in my ligs…
i get fatigue on my the second set but i didn’t reduced the weight;( (((((((… and now i am over trained :S:S
I will use only ADS the next 2,3 days.. i hope my unit to repair fast and to return my EQ and then i will start to do what u told me 2,3 hours on week+more ADS..

What do you think should i rest more than 2,3 days and then start with the new easy routine or i should rest 5-7 days (and wait for EQ improvement + pain from my ligs to disapear completely) ?

Glad you clarified this! Are you doing light jelqs between hanging sets?

Honestly, I wouldn’t rest at all because the rest is allowing your tissues to heal stronger which will make for more work to deform them again. The lig burning is great - it means you are reaching fatigue. At that point, drop in weight if you can. What is your ADS and how much does it weigh? If you can only do even 1 hanging set for 10-15 minutes, DO IT so you can pull out the adhesions that are forming. Then when you feel rested, hit it again with multiple sets. But always remember to manage the fatigue by dropping in weight. Fatigue is your friend! I thought it was the enemy and I thought I was letting myself down by having to drop in weights, but once you hit fatigue and you drop in weights, you’re really deforming tissue at this point - this is where gains happen! Your unit is also adapting to the trauma of being hung. Give it time to adapt and get used to this new torture!

Only you can tell what your body is telling you and if you need to stop. I would hang one set just to stop the tissues from healing stronger. Consider that your “rest.” I think you will find that your EQ will be restored from doing that as well.

You’re welcome bro. Your EQ will return!

P.S. My own personal experience was that kegels wiped me out and gave me a harder time getting an erection. I’ve quit them all together. Try dropping the kegels out of your routine and see if that helps. It works for some, but for me it ruined my EQ.

Captn Wench, it is ADS+HANGER all in one :D I don’t know for the weight i just attach the wench just under my knee like the simple ADS All Day Stretch Video
I wear it loose enough just to stretch my unit, but not to feel the stretch in my ligs or anywhere else.I hope this is good for healing..

Jelqs would be like making the OK sign with you index finger and thumb, grasping the base of your unit and lightly running it the length of your penis up to the head and repeating. I jelq no less than 2 minutes after a hanging session. This helps to get blood flow back into your penis and restores full circulation. If you haven’t been doing this, that may be the reason for loss of EQ and it is just now catching up to you.

Maybe the kegels work for you, so maybe you don’t need to drop them out yet. But you definitely need to do the jelqs. Experiment with it. Try the jelqs between sets and do the kegels. If your EQ doesn’t return, then try dropping the kegels

Yeah i know how to do jelqs 2 years i was on newbie routine and gained 2inches EL :D + i had EQ 10/10
I will add them between my hanging sets and see the result.. :)

I don’t even bother with erection levels. As soon as I take my unit out of its hanger and unwrap it I jelq it for 2 minutes or 200 times. Most of the time it will be floppy and dangly or maybe even tight and shriveled. Believe it or not, it’s a GOOD thing when your unit is shriveled because it means you have deformed the tissue. I stretch it out and jelq as is to get it ready for the next session.
