No matter how hard you try, eventually the hanger will find it’s way down near the glans. The trick is to make sure that your doing your level best to make sure no loose skin is ahead of your wrap when you wrap, and minimal loose skin is ahead of the hanger when you tighten it on.
I’ve found it’s ok if the hanger is down near your glans as long as it’s the weight pulling the hanger down there. What I mean is if your not following the instructions and tightening the hanger on directly behind your glans( as opposed to the 1 inch that the instructions tell you to) then that’s bad. If you tighten as much as you can with the hanger an inch behind your glans, and the weight pulls the hanger down by your head, then your not doing anything wrong and you shouldn’t feel any nerve pain, or do damage.
