Hanging Routine
Should I add something to my routine?
Current Routine: 5-10min warm up with heat pad, 20min hang(bib) with 10 pounds, 10min heat pad, 10 pound 20min hang, 10min heat pad.
I do 5-6 day on 1-2 day off. So far, no gains. Took my one month measurement yesterday, but still stuck at 6 7/8 BPEL
