That Guy, I think your erection angle mainly depends on several things:
Tunica (penis) Shape,
Erection Level/Strength,
Ligament tightness.
I think hanging upwards or over the shoulder (a.k.a. OTS) would possibly only change the shape of your tunica.
I think if you wanted to get a higher erection angle the best thing to do would be to:
- Stay away from downward hanging/stretching/jelqing, and general lig work.
- Improve erection quality.
Upward Jelqing might be a good idea also.
You could try OTS hanging, but expect gains to be slower due to only targeting the tunica rather than downward hanging that targets the ligaments. People tend to switch to higher hanging angles when they have exhausted gains from the lower angles and want to start targeting the tunica rather than the ligs. So the optimal angle is the one which will yield the most gains at that point in time really. Hope this helps.
