Has anyone tried changing angulation vertically?
I kinda thought about this today when i was hangin. What about using a stand and pulley above where you sit so you are getting pulling from 45 degrees or so or maybe using 2 pulleys to make a straight up 90 pull. (i say 2 pulleys to get the weight away from where you sitting in case of accident it wont smash everything you worked for literally. I know people have talked about right to left angles but other up and down ones i havent really seen mentioned. This is a practical idea for me being there is a loft in my room that i usually sit below.
Id just like to hear if this is a good idea and will hit other ligaments or something in a different way to cause different stress which is desired.
