Head Twisting in Hanger

Whenever I put my dick into the shaft well of my Bib Starter and tighten the top, it slowly rotate the head of my dick to a 45ish degree angle.

If I try to tighten until the teeth are a little meshed (as Bib suggests) then I start feeling a mild and slightly painful burning sensation.. And I haven’t even started hanging yet.

Anyone how how to fix this?

It’s possible the toe I was using is related, but I have no idea how to find the correct toe.

From what I am reading it sounds like wrap problems. Sometimes you will have discomfort just from tightening if the wrap is bunching up. Especially under the top bolt.

The burning sensation could be caused by friction as the hanger is compressing your penis.
