Heating Glans?

Heating Glans?

I am hanging OTS and use a heat-pad before my first set and during the first 2 of my 3 sets of each session (3 sessions a day).

The heat-pad is about 11 inches wide. I place it against my abdomen then attach the weight to the hanger, then wrap the heat-pad around my penis.

My Glans are resting against the heat pad too, is this OK? I am not sure if the Glans should get heated up or not.

Also I have worked my way up to 11lbs. I find it difficult to feel fatigue in my penis (I feel a little soreness where I have to do up the BIB hanger tightly).
After hanging for 2 weeks I have just started to feel what I think is fatigue in my ligs. This surprised me as I thought OTS hit the tunica exclusively. Anyone ever found this?

Assuming the pad is not burning hot, this sounds fine. Any heat that is comfortable to the touch should be safe.

Could you share more of your PE history? Do you mean that you’ve worked your way up to 11 lbs in the course of only 2 weeks of hanging, or that you’ve been hanging the 11 lbs for 2 weeks?

Para, one reason I was concerned about the heat on my Glans is because any warmth seems to plump my head up a bit which I understand is a bad state to hang in.
I always squeeze blood out of the head before and during attaching the hanger.
As I did not think I was going to get a reply so I started putting a sock in between my Glans and the heat-pad which is working fine.

I have hung BTC before and 8.8 lbs was the weight I was using. I would feel fatigue in my ligs from this weight.
I started OTS on the 17th of January 05 with 7.5 lbs but was feeling next to nothing so tried 9 lbs. One week later I moved up to 10lbs and on the 31st 11lbs.
I am still at this weight, 3 sets in the morning, 2 sets afternoon, 2 sets evening, 2 sets at night. Wrapping in between sets.
But I still am not feeling any fatigue, there is slight soreness where I have to tighten the hanger.

I have read before that it can often take more weight hanging OTS that BTC for the desired effect.

The day I felt fatigue in my ligs was a one off, it has never happened again. It surprised me hence my question earlier in the week.

It’s actually okay to have a bit of blood in the head: at heavier weights this is often necessary to keep the hanger secured at the “shoulders.” Every guy needs to find a good balance in the glans-engorgement department, and it sounds like you have found an effective solution for now.

As you have noted, OTS does require a lot more weight to achieve fatigue for many guys. It sounds like you’ve been taking a very reasonable, safe approach to increasing weight. If you had the time, of course, I’d suggest upping your hanging time, but you probably can’t afford to, so yet more weight is likely the only option to try to induce fatigue.

What is your flaccid stretched length, NBP? This can be relevant to trying to make tunica gains… Too little shaft between the hanger’s grip and your body can be problematic.

What was your routine and how long did you hang BTC?
What was your starting LOT and ending LOT.
Did you see any gains?

I too have moved to OTS hanging and had to move up in weight. I think you have to go by what you feel too.

What is your set up for OTS hanging?

Para, Some days I can put in more time, yesterday I did 4 sets in my first session and I get in 4 sessions a day when possible.
What I try not to do is up the weight and time at the same time.

My NBPFSL was 6 1/4" on the 23rd December 04. I am due to measure again next Sunday 13th Jan 05.
So is it best to have my BIB starter hanger attached as close to the head as possible?

I am starting to get some fluid build up in the end of my foreskin.
Also some hard vessels where the hanger attaches and above the hanger. I wont call them thrombosed veins as I read some threads where it was mentioned that it is an over used term. Maybe they are hardened lymph vessels, no pain, clear in colour.

SNM, before hanging BTC I was pumping daily.
I added BTC (Oct 2nd 04) hanging to my routine.
I was filling in a progress report,
My progress report.

I had made 1/4" length gains but lost them during my enforced break.
So I am back to square one.
I do not know what my LOT was when hanging BTC.
On 17th Jan 05 my LOT was about 7:30-8:00. That is loss of VISIBLE tugback.

My set up is a squat stand with some rope attached, then I attach a fish scale to the other end of the rope and sit in front of the squat stand.
I tried using weight but found there was so much drag it was difficult to tell how much I was hanging with.
I got the idea for the fish-scale from someone on another site and really love it.
I used weights when hanging BTC.
