Help me find this homemade hanger...

I saw a thread the other day on how to make a homemade hanger that I really liked. It involved some rubber pipe lining (I believe?), an ‘S’ hook, and a band clamp. I really liked it and want to make it but I can’t seem to find it again. Anyone know where this is?

If so, be aware that this hanger is the one that Hubbard later recommended no one use because it cut circulation on him so badly. Maybe I’m wrong about this. The following link at the bottom of the page shows another contraption and it may be the one I was thinking of.

I used it with success until I got my real BIB…

gained about 3/4” using it… Its good for a homemade hanger but personally, I think you can’t beat a real BIB for better comfort etc…
