How to hang upwards?
Hi,
If my LOT is around 8:30-9:00, how to hang upwards to stretch tuncia?
Is hanging with hips horizontal with the ground better for tuncia than standing since standing stretches straight down?
Do any of you hang upside down? I can see how to get close to upside down by going on hands and feet and putting body weight over lowered head.
Please give advice.
