I can't even get the BIB hanger on my penis

So, I ordered the BIB hanger, and I gave the guy my correct dimensions. I opened up the side of the hanger with the tightener (I’m assuming you’re supposed to do this by slipping the tightener out of the washer seat). I also loosen the adjustment nuts almost all the way. I then slip my penis into the shaft well, but I can’t manage to squeeze the walls together enough to slip the tightener back onto the washer seat. Or maybe I could, but it would really squeeze my penis. I don’t have a huge member or anything, so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong here. Your dick is supposed to fit into the hanger without being squeezed much at all, right? And after that point, you can tighten as much as feels right? Why can’t I even get to this point? Your dick will be squeezed a lot once the hanger is tight but you should be able to relocate the main tightening nut.

Have you increased the adjustment nuts at the back of the hanger? It seems you mention that but I’m not sure.

You are attaching the hanger maybe an inch behind the glans right?

Yes, I’m attaching it about an inch before the glans. I also did move the adjustment nuts so that they go almost as far as possible. Is it actually supposed to be hard to get the tightening nut back in place, or am I doing this wrong? I just figured that I should be able to get the tightening nut back in place with plenty of room to tighten the hanger further.

If you can get it into place with a minor squeeze that should be alright.

Have you checked out the hanging video to see if you are doing it roughly the same way?

There’s an “inner penis” and “outer penis”. The hanger must be tight enough that it doesn’t allow the two to move independently.

What are you using for a wrap?

For wrapping, I’m using a layer of cloth underneath a layer of thermaband.

OK. If I squeeze my penis that tightly to fit into the hanger, won’t that cause damage? I feel like my head would eventually turn blue if I did this. I’ve never had to grab that tightly before for my manual stretching.

BTW, am I right about how to close up the hanger? By placing the tightener into the washer seat again? Thanks.

The bib is totally adjustably you should have been hanging 20 minutes or less out of the shipping box. You can easily adjust the width with those screws and nuts in the bottom.

What’s your girth measurement? Do you have a bigger girth than average?

Do you have the BibHanger or the BibStarter? (the larger hanger or the smaller hanger?)

If your girth is average, then it should just be a case of getting used to using the BibHanger.

Hmmm, after my first hang of the day, in the consecutive hangs following, my skin seems to pull down about a centimeter or two “over” what seems to be my tunica or inner core. If I were to tighten the hanger enough so that it didn’t do that, I think I would be strangling my dick, not to mention that it would hurt too much. But I don’t feel that movement on the first hang. I always wondered about that. I don’t think there is any way that I can NOT have the surface layer pull over the underlying layer.

I put a longer bolt on mine. I stripped out the original.

The longer bolt makes it easier to get on and off.
