Guys, I’m doing ADS supplemented with hanging. I wanted some opinions from you guys who do this as well. I’ve been at this for just shy of 2 months now. Not going to measure until I get to 1000 hrs ADS, but I’ve noticed that I’m floppier flaccid. I had/have a very high recoil reflex, but my routine is wearing out my recoil capability for at least while I’m doing this every day. So, yeah, that’s a good thing. The look is a positive sign to me although my goal is obviously erect gain permanence. So, I’ve noticed that my penis “inner part” stays forward more now which is why I’m getting the longer flaccid look I presume. I believe I’m noticing the inner part being more forward with morning wood too from the feel of it. Before, I had a good bit of inner penis hardness with erection and I think it’s more forward now too. I included a pic of what I’m talking about. So, here are my questions: Does this become permanent? Is this the majority of gain one gets with hanging? Is it a precursor to tunica and urethra elongation (main goal)? What do you think the steps are to real growth in order? I can tell that my recoil reflex will pull it back some if I don’t start the ADS. I had tried this before many, MANY years ago with just hanging and eventually the recoil reflex pulled back completely. ADS keeps it extended longer though. Obviously, I’m looking for more than theory, but experience from those who’ve actually been through it. Thanks guys.

I think it does become permanent. But I don’t think it leads to urethra elongation because it pulling more penis out instead of stretching it. The real growth came from finding the sweet spot. Like when you pull a weed and can feel the root being pulled instead of just ripping of the top.

So, if I’m hearing you, the inner part coming out will become permanent. Did this happen with you? Do you have “less” inner penis now after hanging? I’m not sure what you mean about the sweet spot real growth, but I do understand the analogy to the weed. At what point will I/could I begin to make tunica and urethra additions on top of the inner penis coming out? I’m looking for what to expect at what point in this process. Thanks bud.

The “inner penis coming out” theory is a very polarizing one that often times sparks debate. Perhaps the masterdebaters are just not in the mood to jump into it at the moment but I am sure a search could find you some smoldering ashes of a previous discussion.

I personally believe that noticeable gains come from tunica elongation and not from revealing inner penis.

I’m not quite sure what you are meaning by “recoil reflex”? However that lack of understanding may have more to do with how tired I am. :wsleep:

Penis’ nature to pull back into the body. Examples include being cold or when having anxiety. Some have a high, quick recoil (turtleing) like me. Some might call us “growers”. That’s what I mean whether it’s proper or not.

I don’t notice less inner, but I think its being stretched out. The way we try to stretch the urethra is whats stretchin in the inner penis. Because the tunica in the inner penis is so far back it never really gets pulled so it can stretch more. And you can make all the tunica and urethra gains you want anytime. Just experiment with your exercises and equiptment like jelqing with belts and such.

Try base stretching that gave me .5 extra length, and a little girth. The only regret I have is the extra skin that came with it although I’m gonna fill it out one day.

Could you tell me where the info is on base stretching please? Or elaborate. Somehow, I don’t remember that one and can’t find it. Thank you sir.

Stretch your dick out, overhand ok grip closest to the body then release your head. Try your best to grip the tunica not so much the skin. Begin stretching down to hit the suspensory ligs, straight out for the side ligs, straight up for the underside which is less ligament, and more inner dick.

Remember that to pull out that virgin dick you have to loosen all the ligs around the base. To aid in this you can carefully rock your grip side to side whichever way you’re pulling to sort of wiggle the ligaments loose. Be careful because the ligaments can sort of strain if you jerk them around to rough. This isn’t too serious but it will sting pretty bad, and if you continue to man handle that lig section you can have a lig pop which isn’t productive.
If you do it correctly you will feel a warmth/burn, or slight ache which means you’re loosening things up. Be ready for some extra skin along with that half inch length, and .3 girth.

I was hanging the other day standing up. I started moving my hips back in fourth. I notice when I moved my hips back I can feel this awesome stretch behind my balls where the million dollar spot is at, it feels like a V opening up. Anyways I started to doing squats and I could feel with my hands my inner penis behind my balls. Is that the inner penis everyone talked about ?

I think there is no question that inner penis can be stretched outward.

el jeringas gave a good visual and sequence to do it I think. Obviously the ligs are taking most of the stretch so you have to loosen them up or find a better angle.

Bathmate stretches let me feel the inner penis if pulled up and out. For me the most effective way to target them. But side effect is bad discoloration

The inner penis can’t be pulled out, that is nothing short than superstition.

When doing bathmate stretches upward and out I clearly feel inner structure beeing pulled on. With this I am clearly stretching inner penis!
Did this for some days and had clearly “aches” up to the inner attachment points towards the back.
But more on the underside. Doing the stretch out and down targets the ligs.

Its the only way I can get that inner penis stretch is pulling out and up with a fully pumped bathmate.
(In theory one could probably do the same with erect stretches but for me its too dangerous and too many variables. The vacuum grips the penis uniformly)

The big drawback is that one has to has to pump to the max to not loose the vacuum when stretching. The stretching creates more pressure adding to the vaccuum..for me it leads then to inivitable severe discoloration. So I dont do them at all.
