Is hanging worth trying after gains already made?
A few years back I was in the mid 5” range which I guess was pretty much average. Did PE on and off and now 7.75” BP. Been some time since I’ve done anything. Total gain was about 2”. I”m wondering if there is a point of diminishing returns were after a certain point it just isn’t going to get any bigger, or the effort for another 1/4” is going to be way too much? Wanted to get to 8” but stopped before getting there. Just got too busy and kind of forgot about.
I was thinking about making a AFD type device and wearing it all day with a couple pounds of weight or an elastic band that has about 2 pounds of tension. Don’t have time to get into a PE routine now but I figured using a device during the day would not take up any time.
