I wanted to know if I am doing this right.

I made a Captn’s Wench today and am hanging as I type. I did one set for 30 minutes with 5lbs and stepped the 2nd 30 minutes up to 10lbs. I have to say that my dick seems to be able to handle a little more weight. I’ve been PE’ing for about 2 years now so mine has some tolerance. Is this routine ok or do I need to rest more between the sets?

Listen to your body, but I would take it slower. In my experience the time you spend hanging is more important than the amount of weight you hang. Gravity is always going to work in your favor, so with a constant pull the penis has no choice but to elongate to adapt. I think lower weights for longer time frames is safer. I would go up in weight at about 1-2 lbs a week and see how you feel. Watch your PIs. They will tell you whether you are hanging too heavy or not and whether you need more rest between your sets.

I think the key is to find and use the least amount of weight which will allow you to gain instead of finding the maximum amount of weight your penis can handle before injury.

Even though you may be able to safely hang for 30mins at low weights I would stick to a maximum of 20mins per hanging session. That duration may be chosen arbitrarily but for good reasons.

After two sessions you can’t really speak of a routine yet. You didn’t include how much rest you took between sets. Anything above 10mins should probably be alright but it depends on the condition of your penis after a session.

Don’t forget to warm up with heat, and keep the penis warm for the first five minutes of your set.

hopeful2hanglow: What do you use to keep yourself warm for the first 5 minutes? I have been a big advocate of the heating pad for my warm ups.

I have another question (this might sound silly but it flashed through my head yesterday), I sit at about 6” in girth right now. If I begin to hang, will my girth strink. Basically, if it is solidified right now, am I still going to need to jelq or do other expansion exercises?

I would still jelq, I find it a beneficial exercise that compliments hanging well. But if you’ve cemented your girth then it should not decrease from hanging. Your base girth should go up considerably.

I like using infrared heat toofpick. I love how it torches everything and gets it super hot. Some people find it too hot though, so do a search on infrared heat if your interested. Definitely expect your base girth to go up from hanging. You didn’t mention if you were naturally 6” girth, or if it is pe induced. I’m skeptical of long-term girth gains. By that I mean that you have to keep doing maintenance exercises to maintain gains. If your naturally 6” then you shouldn’t have to worry about shrinkage.

I want to say that I have aquired that over the course of the last 2 years. I started out at about 5.5”.
